After the tomatoes have cooled, place them in plastic bags, and store them in the freezer. You can also pack dried tomatoes in a jar with some fresh herbs and olive oil. The tomatoes will need to be refrigerated and should be consumed within a couple of weeks.

There are a few ways in which you can reheat tortillas. Preheat the oven to 350 and place your tortilla in the oven until it is crisp. Another good way to heat up a tortilla is right on your gas stove on a grill. These methods make delicious and fresh tortillas.

Store any spices you might use in a dark, cool place to help maintain their flavor and freshness. Storing spices in warm locations, such as above the stove, can cause the spices to lose their flavor and you to lose your money.

Take the temperature of cooking meats with a thermometer. There is a temperature that is recommended for the different types of meat that indicates it is safe to eat.
