When cooking with fresh herbs like parsley or dill, bunch them together and cut them with a pair of scissors. When cut in this way, these herbs will have a lighter, fresher appearance.

Save leftover meat and bones from poultry. You can put them in meal-size containers and keep them in the freezer. The turkey will remain fresh this way for a couple weeks, and you can use it for sandwiches and salads.

Ground Meat
